Purchase<\/h2>\n<p>Il contratto riguarda acquisti online effettuati da consumatori sul sito www.insmile.it. L&#8217;ordine si conclude tramite il sito e diventa effettivo solo dopo la conferma del venditore (email o pagina di conferma).<\/p>\n<h2>2. Prices and payments<\/h2>\n<p>I prezzi sono espressi in euro e non includono IVA, che sara&#768; aggiunta nel carrello al momento dell&#8217;acquisto. Le spese di spedizione ed eventuali costi aggiuntivi vengono mostrati prima della conferma dell&#8217;ordine. I pagamenti avvengono con i metodi indicati sul sito (carta di credito, Klarna, Apple Pay e Google Pay).<\/p>\n<h2>3. Shipping<\/h2>\n<p>La spedizione avviene normalmente entro 7 giorni lavorativi dalla conferma dell&#8217;ordine. In caso di ritardi il venditore informa il cliente. Il termine massimo di consegna e&#768; comunque di 30 giorni dalla conclusione dell&#8217;ordine.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>The consumer can return the product within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from reception, without needing to provide any reason.
