Purchase<\/h2><p>The contract concerns online purchases made by consumers on the website www.insmile.it. The order is concluded via the website and only becomes effective after confirmation from the seller (email or confirmation page).<\/p><h2>2. Prices and payments<\/h2><p>Prices are in euros and do not include VAT, which will be added in your basket at the time of purchase. Shipping costs and any additional charges are shown before order confirmation. Payment is made using the methods indicated on the website (credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay).<\/p><h2>3. Shipping<\/h2><p>Shipping normally takes place within 7 working days of order confirmation. In case of delays, the seller will inform the customer. The maximum delivery period is however 30 days from the conclusion of the order.<\/p><h2>4. Right of withdrawal<\/h2><p>The consumer can return the product within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the reception, without needing to provide any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a communication to <a href=\"mailto:info@insmile.eu\">info@insmile.eu<\/a> within this period.<\/p><ul><li>Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.<\/li><li>The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and in normal storage conditions.<\/li><li>The refund will be made within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the purchase.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Products excluded from withdrawal:<\/strong> Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to sealed products which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection if they have been opened after delivery, nor to goods made to measure or clearly personalised.<\/p><h2>5. Warranty<\/h2><p>The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of <strong>2 years<\/strong> from delivery, as provided by the Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to the restoration of the goods into conformity by means of repair or replacement and, subsidiarily, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. The defect must be reported within 2 months from the date of discovery.<\/p><h2>6. Responsibility<\/h2><p>The seller is not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure or external issues beyond their control (e.g., internet connection malfunctions).<\/p><h2>7. The customer may request access, modification, or deletion of their data within the limits of the law.
